One of us joined Dr Eőry on tour to Beijing, China in 2007.
As a part of the official program we participated on the 9th International 3-1-2 Workshop of Dr. Prof. Zhu Zong Xiang (Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Acupuncture Meridian Research Center).
We publish here what we learned there, let more and more of us use it.
Dr. Prof. Zhu Zong Xiang said, that everyone has the right to live a healthy long life, all he/she needs is to follow a simply method developed by Prof. Zhu in the 1970's.
This is the 3-1-2 meridian exercise.
More than 10 million people practice it. The method is very simple and takes only 10-15 minutes, twice a day.
The essence of the method is this:
With the massage of three acupoints, abdominal respiration and physical exercise using both legs we can exercise the meridian system thus restoring normal flow of energy.
During the exercise you activate about 260 of the total of the meridian acupoints. If you add the eye and ear massage daily, you exercise your whole body and energy system, which is the best thing you can do to yourself. You make the first step at the very root of your health which finally will make you younger, fill you with energy, give you mental freshness and provide you with a thorough balance in your body, mind and spirit.
On the following pages we present the detailed description of the exercise plus some results of the research made by Prof Zhu.
There is not enough space on this site to give a detailed description on the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the meridian system, but there are plenty of sites on the internet to provide you with further information.
